Ally's Set Back!

Yesterday Ally couldn't keep anything down. She was throwing up everything. The nurse became concerned when she started throwing up bright yellow and green. They did a whole bunch of x-rays and found out that she had broke the patch in her diaphragm and had some of her intestines up in the chest cavity again. She is in surgery right now to patch it up. She also might have a stricture which will have to be removed. A stricture is a build up of scar tissue that has blocked her intestine. If she does then they will also have to cut that out. This is why she was throwing up everything because her intestines were out of whack. So the plan for her to come home this week is out. I'm thinking another month or 2. We are now saying that she will be going on a picnic instead of going home. Apparently if you say your child is going home and you tell everyone she is going home then your child has something happen that makes them have to stay longer.
