Ally is one month old today. I believe she weighs 5lb 3 oz.(most the weight is water weight from IVs and such) Yesterday I got to spend a lot of time with her. The resident told me that she seems to be a lot calmer when I am there. I held her hand and sang her primary songs. She seems to like when I sing. She also likes it when her dad sings too. I talk to her softly and tell her about my day. I can't believe that she is here. She was not due until the 14th of April. The nurse says that she thinks that she will be off C-PAP in the next couple of days. She is definitely a fighter. I thank Heavenly Father every day for the little miracle has given me. Happy One Month Birthday Allyson! What a cutie. I love her little chubby cheeks and I love the color of her hair. Singing and talking to her is so important. There have been so many studies that babies heal faster when you do those. You are a good mommy.
