Today I got a wonderful Mother's Day gift. Ally smiled at me for the first time. The pictures I got are kind of blurry because Josh didn't turn on the flash, but they are very very cute. She is still having minor problems. She has had a fever on and off and has been breathing really fast. She is a little fussy too. Today our Nurse put her on the high flow nasal cannula. The doctors don't know why she is having so many frequent fevers. Our surgeon says that the reason might be because she still has her central line in. She is now back on Morphine and has been taken off the Fentinall drip. I hope that is the problem. I am having a hard time seeing that the doctors can't find out what is wrong with her. Josh also gave her a Father's Blessing so I hope that helps. The last photo is with one of our Primary Nurses, Phillis.
