Busy January!

This month has been so busy for us. The second weekend in January my family decided to take a trip to St. George. It was so fun to hang out with my sisters, their husbands, there kids, and my parents. We even got to hag out a little with my Grandpa. I got to chat with him on both the ride down and the ride back. It was way fun. And a little goofy too. When we are tired it tends to get quite funny with our family. We all ways stop at JB Mickelsens for dinner on the way down. They have lots of trains that go around the restaurant. The Clayton's Joined us for dinner and every time the train came, Jordan would shout "OH YA!" at the top of his lungs. is was quite cute. All though other costumers didn't think so. Jordan is also very sneaky when it comes to playing with is cousins. I loves to start tantrums by taking a toy from Bear and Mia. He also is the instigator of many things. Much to his parents surprise. He is such a Q.T. though. Bear had a great time at the park, helping a complete stranger make a volcano in the sand. Mia Had fun lining her plastic animals in a row. I had fun pointing to each one and asking her what it said. She also followed me around Singing E I E I O. She wanted me to sing the whole Old McDonald song. Ally had fun going on walks and being out side. We also had a lot of fun playing the card game Harts. Which I won at. We also had a fun time watching Avatar in 3D. I had already seen it but I wanted everyone else to see it. We missed Josh a lot. He had to work and couldn't come with us.

Last weekend. Josh and I took Ally on a 10 hour drive to Washington. Surprisingly she did very well. Josh's Sister Nikki came with us. We left Thursday afternoon and the night at Motel 6 in Ontario, Oregon. Then we made the rest of the way to Josh's parents on Monday morning. We got to his parents rested a hour and then spent another 3 hours to Seattle to surprise Josh's sister for her 40th Birthday. We went to dinner at Sizzler and stayed the night at a Motel 6 in Seattle. Josh's parents were so nice to take Ally that night. I had a very bad cold and didn't want to give it Ally. They also took her back to there house so Josh and I could do some sight seeing. Josh and I had a lot of fun with is 3 sisters and his niece. We went to the Water Front. The Curiosity Shop was my favorite shop there. It had weird stuff. 2 mummies, lots of real shrunken heads, a pig with 6 hooves, a 2 headed cat, sharks in jars that you could buy, and many other weird things. We then walked up to Pikes Place where they had a fresh fish market. And they actually threw the fish. They had tons of freshly cough Salmon that were huge. They also had a monk fish that they secretly tied to a rope and when ever any one would come and look at it they would pull the rope and the fish would flop and scare anyone looking so bad. I wanted to have them throw it to me so I could catch it. But if I didn't I think I would have had to buy it and i didn't want to. We then went back to the Water Front and ate at Iver's. Famous for there clam chowder. Which I do not like. Then we headed back to Yakima. Sunday I was so sick that I had Josh, Nikki and Nan and Jerry(Josh's Parents) take Ally to church. Nikki gave her a bath and I got her ready. Josh told me that she was a great hit at church and everyone loved her. Nan told me she had two huge blow outs and had to take her tights and undys off at church. Nan made wonderful Salmon for dinner and invited some of Jerry's brothers and sisters to come. Non of whom I have ever met. Uncle Jack and Aunt Jody came. Aunt Jody came with her husband Bob. We had a lovely discussion about the government and there conspiracies. Monday we drove the 10 hours home. I am still sick but getting better. It was great to see everyone in Washington. I want to go back.
