South Beach Diet
Feb. 1st Josh and I started the South Beach diet. I am not a fan of diets but I need to lose weight and Josh needed someone to do it with. It's not that bad but some of the meals have been way yucky. Like the first breakfast we had. Quiche cups- egg substitute, and cooked spinach. I like spinach but fresh not cooked. I'm starting to like it a little better. Things I don't like: the re cotta cheese deserts every night, cooked eggplant, tuna salad, and v8 juice every morning. I also hate watching TV with all the commercials about chocolate, Kit Kats, and Reese's Peanut-butter Cups. Things I do like: sugar free jello(not that bad), and steamed asparagus. Josh says your suppose to drop a lot of weight in the first two weeks. Lets hope so. The next two weeks will be easier too. You get to have more stuff. Wish me luck!

I am on SB for the third and last time! I have gotten to goal both of the other times but never manage to maintain. But I will do it this time! I am committing to the idea that this is a lifestyle change for me, not a diet. Good luck:)
