Anderson Family Reunion!
On Saturday Ally, Josh's Parents, Josh and I all drove to Ephraim For a Reunion. The reunion was for members of Josh's Mom's side of the family. The last reunion held was July 4th of last year. Josh got to go, but Ally had just come home from her first stay at the hospital and had to stay home for 2 months. This was the first time most of Ally's extended relatives had seen her. I was told many times she looks just like me. Which she does. We left Salt Lake @ 6:15 am to make breakfast at 8 am. We had biscuits and gravy which I had never had before. Yummy! After breakfast Josh Ally and I took a walk down to a house for sale Josh had saw on the way to the church for breakfast. We called the agent on the sign. She happened to be the agent who had shown us a lot of other houses before Ally was born. She called us back and said she would love to let us take a look inside. We scheduled an appointment for 1 pm. Then Josh's brother Chris and his 3 boys, Josh's sister Nikki, her Husband Cody and there four boys, Ally, Josh and I all went over the the Scandinavian Festival. It is a town celebration held every Saturday before Memorial Day. Wee looked at all the booths, and got some Ice cream and a cream soda float. It was way fun. Ally was so tired she fell asleep towards the end. We went back to the church and then headed to look at the house. I liked it until we found out when it was built. 1890s!. The floors also seemed to not be good. We left and went back to the church. We came in when they were having the auction. Family members bring stuff to auction off to make money for the next reunion. We also participated in the sift the sow-dust for money and candy. And this year they did a gold nugget thing for the kids. All in all it was way fun and a great reunion. Thanks to the Steven's family for planing such a great one.
