This last Monday the 25 of June we went in to look for CDH in this baby. I was only 15 weeks but they wanted to keep track and be on top of things if this nightmare again would happen. I am Thrilled to say that this baby has no sign of CDH as for now. If there is a CDH problem it will be very miner and not a problem. Still to early to see the sex. Next appointment is on August 25. At this appointment I will be 20 weeks and they will for sure be able to tell the sex. Here are some ultra sound pictures.

Wheeler Family Reunion at Bear Lake
Gracie and I had a great time with my parents this last weekend. My aunt Kathy planned a family reunion at Bear Lake. My aunt Kathy and Uncle Norm have a barn and lots of land there.
We left Friday morning very early. We arrived at lunch time and had lunch and raspberry shakes.(a must in Bear Lake) After lunch we went and found Norm and Kathy's barn. It was not much but still cool. The barn was like a garage with an upstairs that had a kitchen and 2 bunk beds. No Bathrooms though but they had a toilet with an incinerator.
After the barn sighting we went to the cabins my aunt had rented for us. Where was 10 one room one bathroom cabins. My aunt had rented all of them out for the weekend. After unloading all out stuff, we launched our boat at North Beach. It wasn't a really great day for boating. Very cloudy and windy. Gracie was excited until we hit a wave and it splashed on her. This I think was her first time on our parents boat. We drove for a little while and then started to look a shore to find the spot where everyone was at on the beach. It took a long time but we finally found it. We beached the boat and eventually people in the family showed up. We spent most of the day on the beach freezing in the wind. Me thinking that it was going to be hot did not bring Gracie and I a jacket. So dumb. I also didn't bring any pants for us. Just to let you know that it does get pretty cold at night there. Luckily my parents were nice enough to go to town and get us sweat shirts. They were gone a long time trying to find them.
While they were out and about, Gracie and I stayed at the beach. It was so fun chatting with my aunts, uncles, and cousins.
At dinner time we all returned to the cabins and had a wonderful catered dinner by my aunt Kathy. Afterwards a family picture and of corse S'mores.
When it got really dark we all went to the field next to the barn for a firework show. First was the scary lighting or the fire. Norm thought it was a good idea to dump some gas on the logs. Needless to say there was a big whoosh and the fire got pretty close to us.
Fireworks were a little scary too. Most of them were lit 5- 10 feet away from us. There was one time that one of the aerial fireworks fell over and launched right at the audience. It was very thrilling and entertaining. I did burn a hole in the blanket my dad gave me.
After fireworks was bed. Kathy had not planned on some of the people who came so Gracie and I shared a cabin with my parents. It was fine until about 2 in the morning. Gracie has a tendency to move a lot when she sleeps. Unfortunately I was the one sleeping with her. There were a lot of kicks and slaps that night. Not only was I being hit and kicked, both my parents were snoring. I got the idea that if there was no one in the cabin we were going to stay in, I would commandeer it for the night. Luckily I was right and was able to sleep much better.
Morning came and the Holt family was in charge of breakfast. It was delouses! After breakfast back to the beach for more fun. One of the things I like about Bear Lake is that you can drive on the beach to the water. We set up a canopy and lots and lots of sun umbrellas. We got not the boat with one of my cousins families and aunt Kathy. We went tubing. I Like watching people tube much more than doing it.
Gracie got scared when the boat turned. We had tried to leave her with my mom for a nap that morning. My mom had to prepare a gospel doctrine class for sunday. My dad and I left them at the cabins and took my cousins family out tubing. Well our plan of her getting a nap did not work. She was laying down on the bed but never went to sleep. Needless to say she was very grumpy.
After picking my mom and Gracie up we ate lunch. After lunch more tubing. We took my cousin and her husband next. We then found another boat with family in it and switched people. We exchanged our cousins on the boar for another cousin of mine and his wife and my single cousin who just returned from his mission. More tubing.
Gracie fell asleep during the first cousins run. She woke up at the exchange. Gracie had not been drinking very much that day and we very hot. We then decided to take a swim in the lake. She really liked it. I loved the water. So blue and clear. What a beautiful lake.
Back to the beach for more visiting. Gracie had a great time building sand castles with grandma.
I was so thankful for the porter potty my uncle had at the edge of his field. We became very close friends. I also was grateful for the E$ wheelers that my uncle had. Yes the porter potty was at the edge of the field but it still wasn't to close.
After chatting everyone packed up and left. Some stayed over until Sunday, but most went home. We had to leave because I had to lead the music in Relief Society in the early morning and my mom had to teach gospel doctrine too.
We packed everything up, loaded the boat, and started home.
I had so much fun. I hope the we do this every year. Everyone had a blast so I think it will be that way. So good to see all my mom's side. Thanks to everyone for contributing. Thanks also to my mom and dad for taking us.
This weekend has really helped me and my dad reconnect. I'm so grateful for that.

Our Trip to DC
we had the opportunity to go to DC for a CDH CHERUBS conference at the end of June this year. It was way fun and informative.
We got there at 11pm Tuesday the 24th. Josh had called the hotel shuttle service before to see if they ran the shuttle to the hotel that late. He was told that the last shuttle from the airport left the airport at 11:15pm. Our flight landed at 10:58 and rushed off it to get to the shuttle in time. We got to the stop just to see the shuttle drive away at 11:10. We were not happy. We decided that since we would be using the Metro for the next couple of days we would take that to our hotel. It was a nightmare getting passes to the metro. You had to go to 2 machines. We were so confused. Luckily there was a metro worker who showed us how to do it. We also asked him how far it was to our hotel. He told us not far. Boy was he wrong. it was about 10 blocks from the metro to our hotel. We got off the metro and used GPS to find the hotel. If you have ever used the GPS on the street you would know that its not that easy. We were going the wrong way and had to turn around. As we were walking and walking just turns to me and says "Do you know what DC stands for?" I told him that I didn't. He then told me that it stands for Death Capital and how there was a lot of murders and stuff. Great Josh way to tell me something like that as we are walking on the side walk of DC in the middle of the night. Really. I became really scared after that.
We finally made it to the hotel. As we checked in they wanted the money up front for our stay. Josh had to make a money transfer. We get to our room and its really small for a suite. Double bed, small closet and just a shower. We were just glad to finally be at the hotel.
Wednesday we had a complementary breakfast and met others. We had round table and a meeting in the morning. After we went to 17th street to the Torpedo Factory with another family. It was a long, hot and humid walk. The Torpedo factory was a building used to make torpedoes . They now have converted it into studios for up and coming artists. Each room had art for sale. It was extremely interesting. Some of the art I liked was made out of layered foam core. Someone also made pots with different seines in them. I had been waring my bracelet that someone made for me that was identical to the one that Ally was buried in. I suddenly noticed it had fallen off. I was heart broken. We searched everywhere we could think of with no luck. I went back to the hotel very sad.
Thursday was the presentation of very good survival rates at a hospital in Florida. The surgeon Dr. Kays had charts showing the survival rates. It made me a little sad to think that if we had known about CHERUBS before Ally died, we could have probably prolonged her life. But maybe not too.
I told Dr Kays that if the baby i'm pregnant with now has CDH I will be moving to Florida for a couple of months.
We had pictures taken of us in front of the Capital Building, and a meeting with Senator Sessions. Senator Sessions is very much for CDH research and helped us get funding for research. His grandson Jim Bo is a survivor of CDH. Senator Sessions is the Senator for Alabama. After the meeting we had lunch with his wife , daughter, son in law and grandkids.
We had a fast lunch because after we had to rush to meet with our senator. We had mad a appointment to meet with Senator Matheson. Josh ran to get there in time. I went as fast as I could. My feet were swollen and had cuts on them. I finally get there only to find out that our meeting was for Tuesday not Thursday. We still got to meet with the same person Josh met with last year. We had some more time so we went to the National Archives and saw the Declaration Of Independence, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. The only one that was not faded was the Constitution. We were able to get there just before the building closed at 5:30.
Friday we had a tour of the Capital Building. That night we also had a Cherubs Ball. We met with Senator Sessions and his family and had a catered dinner. Josh had a great time talking to Senator Sessions for a while. He has now decided that he wants to be a senator some day. The conference was over that night.
Saturday we were on our own. Josh and I went to the White House and took pictures. Josh really wanted to visit the Ford theatre and we did. Very very interesting. The Ford theatre had a museum in the basement. We saw the box where President Lincoln was assassinated and the gun used to kill him. We went to several shops and then went back to the hotel. We had dinner at a little local cafe.
Sunday we flew home. First to Michigan, then Ohio, and finally to Salt Lake.
It was a great, inspiring, eventful, learning trip

Hensley Baby #4 on its way
Hensley Baby #4 is on its way. Due Jan 10, 2015. Very likely could be a News Years Baby, I always go early. Found out in September I was pregnant. Wasn't really wanting to have a baby in December. December is usually is super busy for everyone. But apparently Heavenly Father had another plan in mind. No morning sickness. Just extremely tired all the time and if I don't eat I get extremely faint. I usually done by one trip to the store. I have had 4 ultrasounds and everything seems to be going great. We won't know until the 16-17 week if this baby is a CDH baby or not. If so we will be moving to Florida for the birth and after care. There is a Dr. in Florida who has the highest survival rate of CDH babies anywhere. Hoping everything is well but doesn't hurt to be prepared. I saw the hands and feet at the last ultrasound So excited and relieved that this one is sticking. After having 2 miscarriages. Its nice to know that this one has made it to the 3 month mark. First ultrasound picture you can't really see much. Just a blob. Baby was only 8 weeks. I'll keep everyone posted and put more ultrasound pictures up as I get them. Thanks for all the prayers for this baby so far. They are defiantly helping.

baby # 5 misscarrage
October 12 we found out that I was pregnant again. Very incited and felt much better about this one. Even though I had not had my period since the misscarrage in August, I felt lots better about this one because I had tender breasts and was getting nauous a lot. My last pregnancy I had no symptoms what so ever. So had a little mor faith that this one was going to be ok. I went to the doctor to see how far along I was. The didn't a vanginal ultrasound and deturmand that I was 4 weeks and 6 days along. So obviously they couldn't see anything but a sack. Before the dr appointment I had two blood draws to see if my HCG levels were going up. After first appointment I made second appointment for the 18th of November. I was getting way nauseous and called for medication. They suggested taking unison and vitumin B6 which helped tones. Friday November 8th I starts spotting and having cramps. I wasn't to concerned about it because I usually spot and have cramps during every pregnancy. He next day they seem to be fettg worse and worse. I was trying to relax and stay off my feet as much as possible. Saturday I called for a nursery sub and planned on being at my parents house all day. Friday josh car wouldn't start eat her so he had to take mine to work. I was carless so my parents were nice enough to come and get me. Mom bought my niece and nephew over to help me with putting Gracie to bed. Cramps and spotting got really bad on Sunday night. So bad that I felt like I was in labor. I called josh at work to tell him that I really needed to go to the hospital. I had no way to get there so I had to wait until her got home from work Monday moning at 6. At about 4:30 in the morning I got up to use the bathroom and felt like my water was braking. I got to the bathroom and notices a big clot the size of a base ball in the toilet. I had miscarried again, oddy enough no tears or sadness. I went back to bed and cramps got more and more savire. Josh got home and we rushed to the hospital. Amanda was nice enough to come over and watch Gracie until mom could get there. At the hospital I was admitted and givin an IV. My blood was drawn and I got a normal and vaginal ultrasound. Dr came and and told me that there was a sack there but no living baby. I was told that I had not passed everything and that I would probably be doing so the next to days. I was sent home on lortab and a eprest request. Today I still am in a lot of pain. I was also told that I needed to come hbsck and get y blood draw and also to follow up with my OB in 2 days. Surprisingly I haven't really cried or been sad about this experance at all. I don't know if it is because of all the prayers and thoughts by others or if I am just still numb fom the experience. It reminds me of the time I found Ally dead in her crib was able to call the perimedics and give her CPR without totally losing it. I hope the pain goes away and I pass everything soon. I'm not looking forward to having a D and C done.

Halloween 2013
Gracie is abscessed with Minnie Mouse this year. We even decorated her new big girl room in Minnie Mouse. We watch Mickey Mouse Clubhouse every day. She has Minnie Mouse: shoes, clothes, PJs, a small medium and large minnie mouse plushes, and a room. So naturally we thought that she should be Minnie Mouse for Halloween this year. Grandma Jensen made the dress and the undies and mommy made the shoes and the ears. It turned out darling.
